How The Day Works
Flirt Fest is designed to be relaxed, easy and completely yours to enjoy at your own pace.
Arrive for your chosen AM or PM session, check in with your ticket and then you’re free to explore.
Wander around the room, meet the authors, discover new books, get your favourites signed, browse our amazing bookish vendors and stop for plenty of photos along the way.
Same Flirt Fest, Your Choice of Time
Whether you choose an AM or PM ticket, you’ll get the full Flirt Fest experience.
The same authors, vendors, bookish shopping and Flirt Fest fun will be there for both sessions — the only difference is the time you choose to attend.
So whether you’re an early bird or prefer a later start, you won’t miss a thing.

You’ll have the chance to chat, discover new reads, ask about their books and characters, pick up copies and get them signed.

It wouldn’t be Flirt Fest without a little bookish shopping.
Browse a curated mix of amazing vendors offering everything from bookmarks, jewellery and candles to reading accessories, gifts and plenty of bookish treats.
We’re bringing together a variety of small businesses, so there’ll be lots to discover — whether you’re treating yourself or picking up something special for another romance reader.
A Quieter Space
All that browsing, chatting and book shopping calls for a little recharge.
Our dedicated break area will offer somewhere to take a seat, grab a drink and enjoy a breather before heading back into Flirt Fest.
To make the space as comfortable and inclusive as possible, this area will have lower lighting, reduced noise and a calmer atmosphere — perfect for anyone who needs a little time away from the buzz of the main event.
Take your time, recharge when you need to and enjoy Flirt Fest at your own pace.
What to Bring
A few little things will help you make the most of your Flirt Fest visit.
Bring your ticket confirmation, any books from home you’d love to have signed, and a tote bag for all those new reads and bookish goodies you definitely weren’t planning to buy.
Both cash and card payments will be accepted, so you can shop whichever way suits you best.
Accessibility
We want Flirt Fest to be as welcoming and accessible as possible for everyone.
The venue will offer accessible facilities, seating throughout the event and space to move comfortably around the author and vendor areas.

Supporting South Ayrshire Women’s Aid
Supporting South Ayrshire Women’s Aid is something incredibly close to our hearts at Flirtatious Fiction, and we’re so proud to have them as the official charity partner of Flirt Fest.
Through our Safe Chapter initiative, we’re passionate about using our little corner of the book community to raise awareness, offer support and give back wherever we can.
A portion of every Flirt Fest ticket sold will be donated directly to South Ayrshire Women’s Aid, and their team will also be joining us on the day, giving guests the chance to learn more about the incredible work they do across our local community.
For us, Flirt Fest is about books, connection and creating a space where people feel welcome — and having South Ayrshire Women’s Aid there with us is a really important part of that.
